Creamy Pork, Carrot & Potato Provolone Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork

3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

2 carrots, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1½ cups provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup milk or light cream
-
2 tbsp butter or olive oil

Salt & black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and carrots; cook 4–5 minutes until softened.

Add ground pork, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Brown fully.

Stir in potatoes and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Cover and cook 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Reduce heat to low, stir in provolone until melted and creamy.

Serve hot.
