Wisconsin Burger Bowl

- 1 lb Wisconsin Ground Beef
- 1 bag Salad Mix
- 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cucumber
You'll Need
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp pickle relish (optional, if you have it)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Directions

Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if needed. -
Make the Burger Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish (if using), garlic powder (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. -
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the salad mix. Dice the tomatoes and cucumber. -
Build Your Bowls
Divide the salad mix among four bowls. Top with the cooked beef, tomatoes, cucumber, and shredded cheddar cheese. -
Finish & Enjoy
Drizzle the burger sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
